To aggressively manage costs, companies are refining their business models to ensure  alignment with core competencies. Outsourcing development of enabling technologies such as electro-optic subsystems is a proven, highly effective strategy for minimizing infrastructure costs.

NSPECTRA has an established Electro/Mechanical Technologies development group extremely well adept in optical integration in order to address clients’ outsourcing needs.  This group has a proven track record in providing innovative technical solutions. These solutions have ranged in complexity from development of ultra low-cost thermal controller circuit card assemblies to fully integrated state-of-the-art technologies such as sub-micron particle measurement platforms and portable, remotely controlled chemical analysis and monitoring laboratories.

The Electro/mechanical Technology Development group is also very involved developing highly configurable chemical detection and measurement technologies. For example, the Fluorine Chemical Sensor (FCS) was developed  to address an emerging need in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.  FCS was recognized by MICRO magazine as one of the top 25 new products for 2002 based on innovation and performance.

The   Electro/Mechanical Technology Development group’s in-depth experience ensures that the  right solution is quickly identified and implemented so that our clients can focus on their core businesses.
